A global tech company is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) for a part-time, 2-day per week role to provide architectural governance and enhance platform quality and efficiency. Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to provide architectural governance and improve platform quality, efficiency, and long-term health.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce ServiceNow and CTA-aligned best practices across development and delivery.
  • Improve development efficiency and deployment quality.
  • Lead upgrade and patch strategy and execution.
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize technical debt.
  • Define and oversee remediation plans to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Apply automation and ServiceNow best practices to platform objects and processes.
Skillset
  • ServiceNow CTA (mandatory).
  • Proven experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.
  • Strong expertise in upgrades, release management, and technical debt remediation.
  • Telco experience desirable, not essential.
