Pertemps ERP (part of Network EMEA) is seeking a ServiceNow-focused professional to support platform integration in client environments and contribute to solution design with senior architects. You will participate in client alignment on designs and assist with estimates for proposed solutions, while growing architecture influence across engagements.

What we're looking for

Important

• Some hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience
• Able to bridge technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA/CIS certification
• Exposure to ITSM/CMDB plus other modules
• Understanding of integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO)
• ITIL Foundation
