Pertemps ERP (part of Network EMEA) is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d) to support and grow client relationships, onboard new ones onto the ServiceNow platform, and translate business needs into technical designs.

The role requires hands-on work with ITSM and at least one additional module (CMDB/ITOM/ITAM/CSM), strong workshop facilitation, and German language skills. Remote/Berlin work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module (CMDB/ITOM/ITAM/CSM).
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Solid analytical and requirements-gathering ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience accepted in lieu.
• German language at least B1 level.

Aufgaben

What we're looking for

Important

• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, plus exposure to at least one further module (CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM)
• Strong client-facing communication, comfortable leading workshops
• Solid analytical and requirements-gathering ability
• Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification; relevant experience accepted in lieu
• B1 German
