Zusammenfassung

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join during a pivotal growth phase in Germany. This techno-functional role requires hands-on delivery and close collaboration with clients and stakeholders across the ServiceNow platform.

You will drive large-scale implementations, gather requirements, design solutions, and leverage out-of-the-box features along with custom apps. German and English proficiency are required for effective engagement.

• Excellent client-facing communication in German and English
• Techno-functional understanding with hands-on delivery

Hybrid: 2 days a week in Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Cologne

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join us through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.

This Consultant will be Techno-functional, having understanding of the ServiceNow platform broadly and be comfortable across different areas. Work with key clients & stakeholders, helping to create solutions while being hands-on as needed.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow
• Gather requirements, help create ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
• Work on large-scale implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Be part of the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow experience
• 2-3 years+ ServiceNow experience MINIMUM
• Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED
• ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
