Remotely is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us during a growth phase. The role is fully remote with occasional onsite travel within Germany, focusing on CSM, HRSD, and Agentic AI to shape the platform's future.

You will create technical roadmaps for key clients and stakeholders, lead the development team, and contribute hands-on where needed, following ServiceNow best practices and delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with CSM, HRSD and Agentic AI.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with clients, leadership and the ServiceNow Development team.
• Apply knowledge across ServiceNow, focusing on CSM, HRSD & Agentic AI workstreams.
• Gather requirements, create roadmaps and design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, integrations and modernizations of the platform.
• Lead the development team and contribute hands-on as needed following ServiceNow best practices.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.

This Architect will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand, focusing on advancements in CSM, &/OR HRSD, and Agentic AI. Create the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while helping out hands-on as needed.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow, but in particular work implementations focused in CSM, HRSD & Now Assist/Agentic AI
• Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
• 3-5 years ServiceNow experience MINIMUM
• ServiceNow modular experience in CSM, HRSD &/OR Agentic AI
• ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
