The position of a Customer Engineer Power involves daily work for our customers. They are responsible for all service activities as maintenance repair and commissioning work at our customers.

What kind of work will you be doing

• Maintenance and commissioning of UPS / 48V systems and battery systems at the customers site
• Testing of system parameters and processes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of malfunctions
• Documentation and realization of the assignments on time and on target
• Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies
• Emergency Standby within the region

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician in the field of electrical engineering or Industrial engineering
• Practical and technical experience in handling battery systems
• Readiness to travel in the supervised region possibly with overnight stay.
