Planning & control of IT services
  • You take over the coordination and processing of customer orders in the IT environment
  • You plan, control and monitor the provision of our services - on time, efficiently and customer-oriented
  • You ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • You monitor quality standards and implement measures for continuous improvement
  • You are the face of the company for our customers - for all service-related concerns
  • You ensure smooth communication between customers, internal teams and external partners
Process optimization & increased efficiency
  • You analyze internal processes and develop potential for optimization
  • You accompany change processes to increase effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Focus on economic efficiency
  • You take responsibility for cost control, budget monitoring and correct invoicing
Incident, problem & change management
  • You manage fault and change processes and ensure a quick solution within the framework of the SLAs
  • You recognize patterns and derive proactive measures to prevent future incidents
Analysis & Reporting
  • You analyze key figures, create reports and derive strategic measures from them
  • You present results internally and externally - clearly and purposefully
Crisis & escalation management
  • You keep a cool head in the event of critical faults and manage all measures in a targeted manner

Qualifications as Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in IT service management, project management or customer support
  • Sound know-how in ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM or comparable frameworks
  • Strong communication and mediation skills - internally and externally
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Organizational talent with a high level of initiative and a structured way of working
  • Team spirit, customer focus and the ability to motivate people
