10ML, a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, seeks a Head of SEO & AI search to own organic visibility across markets and languages.

You will lead technical SEO for a multilingual Next.js storefront, shape content strategy, drive AI/answer engine visibility, and oversee digital PR with a generous learning budget and EU remote options.

Shoppers across Europe look up perfume in their own language, and a growing share of them now get the answer from Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity or Copilot. 10ML aims to be the shop those engines name when the question is about perfume decants, perfume samples or which fragrance to try next. You lead organic search and AI search visibility for 10ml.com across all its languages.

What you will do

• Own organic traffic and revenue from Google, Bing and answer engines in every 10ML market and language
• Lead technical SEO for a large multilingual Next.js storefront: crawl budget, hreflang, structured data (Product, Organization, JobPosting, FAQ), Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and IndexNow
• Build the content strategy for perfume guides, house and note guides, comparisons and data studies, with the editorial team
