10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. We are hiring a senior analytics leader to own the analytics stack, build trusted metrics, and partner with growth on attribution and forecasting.

This full-time, permanent role offers remote work within the EU or the Dortmund office, plus a generous learning budget and a high-impact Data & Analytics function. You will shape data quality, governance, and the models that drive revenue, CAC, LTV and cohorts, while

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech.
• Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools.
• Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting.
• The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English.
