Job summary

10ML, a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany, seeks Head of Growth to own the growth engine across European markets, including acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels.

You will lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships, run experiments, plan market entry and localisation, forecast results, and enable the sampling approach of 10ML decants to drive trial.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in D2C/e-commerce, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven track record scaling paid and organic channels across several European countries.
• Fluency with unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cohort retention.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and SQL.
• Fluent English; German or another EU language is a strong plus.
• Bonus: experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or luxury retail.

As Head of Growth, you own the full growth engine across European markets: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels.
