A leading delivery platform is seeking a Senior/Lead Content Designer in Berlin. The role involves establishing a content design practice and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create an outstanding user experience. We are on the lookout for a Senior/Lead Content Designer to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You will help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.
This is our first hire to establish our Content Design practice. The role reports to the Senior Director Product Design and focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered content strategy and copy that drives exceptional product user experience and high business impact. You will also play a key role in building our Content Design practice from the ground up, establishing foundational guidelines, processes, and standards. To excel you must possess strong systems‑thinking, product sense, and a high comfort level with ambiguity.
You will partner regularly with cross‑functional teams—including product design, UX research, engineering, product management, data science, and business functions—to create cohesive experiences with a consistent voice that drives increased productivity for our global Quick Commerce internal and vendor users.
