Senior Warranty Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Warranty Manager in our Offshore Customer Warranty Management team, you will be at the center of managing complex customer claims across technical, commercial, and legal domains. Your day may include negotiating with key customers, handling challenging discussions with professionalism, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize warranty processes, and supporting the transition from project execution to service. You will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead negotiations and manage complex customer discussions with professionalism and competence
• Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims while monitoring and managing budgets for transparency
• Provide clear reporting on claim status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Align warranty processes across teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Support Operations during handovers from Execution (EXE) to Service (SV)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warranty setup and processes
