Our SaaS applications help businesses launch giveaways, loyalty programs, referral marketing, campaigns, contests, and sweepstakes. Personalization is a key focus area for us.

About the Role

Apps Mav is seeking a senior UX and UI designer who will bring in the ‘WOW!’ in every design that we release whether it be the dashboard of our apps, front-end elements (strong focus on Widgets, Popups, Lightbox designs), onboarding or website.

Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, wireframes, designing graphic elements and building navigation components for both back office and front end elements.

Projects are mobile first and include interactive prototyping to full live versions for both the front end and back office elements for our apps. Additionally, you’ll also be designing and redesigning every branding element.

As a senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best experience to our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction, and retention. Your singular focus will be to make our customers successful by using our apps.

You will work closely with the team and then advocate for what our customers really want and need.

You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team to ideate, wireframe, prototype solutions, and follow through to production to ensure these solutions are implemented as per the briefs, discussions and objectives.

Senior UI/UX Designer responsibilities include:
  • Gathering and evaluating requirements, in collaboration with the team.
  • Independently design and maintain wireframes, mockups, UI prototypes, and specifications. Gather internal feedback on these and then refine as per the outcome of discussions
  • Designing highly intuitive user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, pop ups, navigations
  • Designing Back Office screens, dashboards and onboarding workflows
  • Rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Review the implementation of designs and assist in QA
Requirements
  • A strong and creative portfolio of SaaS apps or mobile apps design
  • Experience with analytical dashboards
  • Knowledge of the latest global trends in design and typography
  • Should be able to collaborate with the team to understand the core of the issues and produce highly intuitive elements and navigation that meets with the objectives
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools
  • Knowledge of design software including Adobe illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent time management and self-direction
  • Strong grasp of English – verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Since this is a remote position you will need to ensure that you have a safe and quiet office.
