Do you have solid experience in project scheduling, think analytically, and spot deviations before they become critical? Then take on a key role in a technically challenging HVDC infrastructure project in Italy. Working closely with project management and planning teams, you will design reliable schedules, monitor progress, and actively contribute to the success of a future-oriented project with your scheduling expertise.

Your tasks

• Independent scheduling during the project execution phase of a large-scale HVDC project
• Support of overall project planning and integration into central project controlling
• Development of practical solutions in case of deviations, in close coordination with the project team
• Alignment of scheduling strategies with project management and central scheduling teams
• Project-specific optimization and further development of schedules based on established methods
• Preparation of project-related analyses and reports (e.g. variance analysis, milestone trend analysis, S-curves, critical path)

Your qualifications

• Technical degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field – ideally with project management experience
• Several years of professional experience in project execution, preferably in large-scale plant engineering or the energy sector
• Confident handling of project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6 or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of scheduling techniques and analytical methods such as critical path analysis and S-curves
• Willingness to travel within Italy
• Fluent Italian language skills, plus fluent German or English
