Overview

• As an IT System Engineer in the Technical Application Services department you will be part of a dedicated team that supports our customers every day with stable secure and modern IT solutions.
• You not only bring technical know-how but also personality team spirit and an eye for our customers.
• Operation maintenance and further development of IT infrastructures (on-premises & cloud-based) in the areas of Linux Microsoft databases Analysis and troubleshooting (3rd level support).
• Automation of recurring tasks (e.g. with Bash PowerShell Ansible or similar).
• Close cooperation with customers and internal teams to continuously improve our services.
• Documentation monitoring and performance optimization of the systems.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Qualifications

• Youve completed training or studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification.
• You have sound knowledge of Windows / Linux server environments database systems operating system management Active Directory and ideally basic knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure M365).
• You have experience in dealing with monitoring and ticket systems Independent structured way of working and high customer orientation.
• You have strong communication skills the ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are business fluent in German and fluent in English.
• Nice to have :
• Certifications (e.g. LPIC MCSA MCSE ITIL).
• Experience with IT security backup strategies and disaster recovery Interest in DevOps approaches and scripting.
