Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as technical lead in cross‑functional product development teams building ICs for automotive motor control – ranging from driver ICs to SoC solutions
• Own complete design work packages (implementation, code quality, documentation)
• Contribute to innovative IC/SoC concept definitions based on high‑level product concept specification
• Integrate digital, analog and mixed‑signal IP on IC/SoC level
• Evaluate and spread innovative and efficient methods for IC/SoC development and integration based on internal and external tools
• Provide technical guidance for less experienced team members

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Informatics or a similar qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in digital design for IP/SoC development and concept engineering
• Very good knowledge in digital IP development as well as scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python)
• Experience with requirement‑driven development flows and, ideally, safety products and ISO26262 qualification
• Expertise in ensuring HDL code quality (e.g., Linting, CDC, DFT)
• First experiences with both hard macro and soft macro delivery flow
• Fluent English presentation skills – German language is an advantage
