Our unique position stands on two core beliefs:

• Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI.
• Support data is normally lost - until now. Konvo scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents.

Tasks

• Working on our core internal messaging platform
• Building out AI Skills for ecommerce use cases
• Creation of entirely new channels + integrating with existing support solutions
• Work on our marketing Broadcast platform as well as adding new channels
• Add new features/nodes to our canvas based flowbuilder engine
• Setting up our public API + internal events system
• Add on entire sections to our analytics around revenue, AI resolution rates and more

• TypeScript across the board
• Backend: Fastify, Postgres / ScyllaDB / Redis, NATS
• Frontend: Vue + Vuetify, Vue Flow (Canvas)
