As Senior Marketing Manager – Social Media in Germany (based in Berlin), you’ll lead how our brand shows up across all social channels. Reporting into the Head of Brand & Campaigns, you’ll shape and execute our social media brand strategy, driving cultural relevance, consideration, and preference while supporting our business goals.
You’ll act as the Social Media Editor-in-Chief for Germany, setting the direction for our social storytelling and coordinating the full content and editorial calendar across paid & organic, partnering with the Brand PR/Influencer team for a fully integrated approach. You’ll own our relationship with our social media agency, steer always‑on content production, extend highlight brand campaigns on social, and ensure our channels reflect what audiences care about in real time.
This role blends strategy and execution, perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, thrives in culture, and knows how to translate audience behaviour into powerful narratives & creative executions. As part of the Brand team, you’ll collaborate closely with Campaigns, PR/Influencer, Key City Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure social is tightly integrated into everything we do.
