Job summary

Sidekick-Network GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation. The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise. This is not a classic Payroll role or purely functional SAP HCM consulting.

Start mid-November 2026 for 6 months+, with go-live planned for January/February 2027. Location: Remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture
• Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team
• Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
• Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies

For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program.

The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise.

This is not a classic Payroll role and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.

We are specifically looking for a technically strong SAP HCM Solution / Integration Architect.

Profiles focused primarily on SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Payroll or purely functional SAP HCM consulting without architecture and integration responsibility are not suitable for this assignment.
