Job summary

Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation.

The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise in a multinational program. The position is freelance with remote work, starting mid-November 2026 for 6 months+ and go-live planning for January/February 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong SAP HCM background, ideally Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
• Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware.
• Strong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consulting.
• Experience with global / multi-country landscapes, security, IAM, roles and GDPR.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication and experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture
• Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team
• Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
• Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData and middleware technologies
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance
• Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirements
• Support audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparation
• Take over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownership

For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program. The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise. This is not a classic Payroll role and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.
