Job summary

Empiric in Germany is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead architecture design and payroll transformation for large HR projects. You will work from one of four German sites with 25% travel and partner with clients across Europe.

The role combines hands-on solution design, customer workshops, and pre-sales collaboration to build compelling proposals. Fluency in German and English is essential, as you will advise diverse stakeholders and guide implementation paths.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Based from one of 4 sites in Germany (25% travel)

I am looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect in Germany, on behalf of a leading European HR and Payroll transformation partner.

My client is a rapidly expanding market leader with a strong footprint across Europe, helping large enterprises modernise their HR technology landscape. To support their continued international expansion, they are seeking an experienced Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Workshops: Hold responsibility for leading and participating in customer workshops, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Designing SAP SuccessFactors Solutions: Translate complex HR and payroll business requirements into a unified architecture blueprint, especially with regard to payroll transformations.
• Pre-sales involvement: Working closely with pre-sales teams on solution proposals and making a compelling case for potential clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Architecture Experience: A strong background in a solution architect capacity working with SuccessFactors and specifically payroll.
• Consulting/Advisory Experience: Expertise in operating as an advisor to clients, consulting them on their needs and transforming them into technical solutions.
• Communication: Professional fluency in written and spoken German & English.
