Job summary

HRIT People in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect or Senior Consultant to lead design and delivery. You will drive complex end-to-end implementations and mentor consultants while collaborating with HR, IT, and works council to shape the roadmap.

You will own the integration design between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll and third-party systems, ensuring governance and best practices. Fluency in German and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• EC Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong integrations knowledge (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi).
• Experience with German HR processes and Betriebsrat involvement.

Location: Germany - hybrid or remote (with occasional client/office travel)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 + bonus, depending on experience

HRIT People are partnering with a global consulting company in Germany, who help businesses move their HR landscape to SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors professionals ready to lead design and delivery as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.

The role

• Lead the solution design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and roll-outs, with Employee Central as the core
• Run design workshops with HR, IT and works council stakeholders, translating business needs into a scalable solution
• Own integration design between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll and third-party systems
• Guide migration projects from SAP HCM on-premise to SuccessFactors
• Act as the trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership on roadmap, best practice and system governance
• Mentor consultants and support the wider project team through to go-live and beyond

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2-3 full end-to-end implementations
• Deep expertise in Employee Central; experience in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of integrations (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi or similar)
• Experience working with German HR processes, data protection requirements and works council (Betriebsrat) involvement
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
• Fluent German (C1 or above) and strong English
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and leading workshops
