Role Overview:

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) to support the optimization of SAP environments and ensure smooth transformation processes. This role involves working with clients on a variety of SAP HCM components, including Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Organizational Management (OM).

Your primary goal will be to help drive innovative solutions, with a focus on delivering excellence in SAP HCM implementation, support, and optimization. With your technical and functional knowledge, you'll support teams in delivering high-quality SAP solutions to meet the business needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Support SAP HCM (PY, PA, PT, OM) implementation, optimization, and transformation projects, with a special focus on S/4HANA.
• Analyze and resolve SAP HCM-related issues and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance and expert advice on best practices and industry trends related to SAP HCM.
• Support cross-functional teams in integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules and technologies.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals.
• Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts and innovation in SAP HCM processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Organizational Management (OM).
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, with experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting these modules.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA transformations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• A passion for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong collaboration and team-working skills with an ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
