Userc Dehradun seeks an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect for a global HR technology transformation. The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise.

Location: Remote; Start: mid-November 2026; duration 6 months+, Go-live Jan/Feb 2027. You will serve as technical lead, design integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other systems, and work with SAP Integration Suite /

Qualifikationen

• Strong SAP HCM background, including Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
• Experience in Solution and Integration Architecture across multi-country landscapes.

For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced **Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect** to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program.The role combines **HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise**.This is **not a classic Payroll role** and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.* **Start:** Mid-November 2026* **Duration:** 6 months+* **Go-live:** Planned for January / February 2027* **Contract:** Freelance* **Workload:** 100%* **Location:** Remote* **Language:** EnglishWe are specifically looking for a **technically strong SAP HCM Solution / Integration Architect**.Profiles focused primarily on **SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Payroll or purely functional SAP HCM consulting without architecture and integration responsibility** are not suitable for this assignment.## Tasks* Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture* Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team* Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems* Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies* Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance* Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirements* Support audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparation* Take over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownership## Requirements* Extensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture* Strong SAP HCM background, ideally including Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management* Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors* Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware* Strong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consulting* Experience with global / multi-country landscapes, security, IAM, roles and GDPR* Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication and experience leading technical teamsNice-to-haves* Business Object Repository* SAP Shared Memory* Carve-out or transition experience* Global SAP transformation programs* Application Operations* Post-go-live stabilization / hypercare* Experience in international corporate environments
