Your Tasks

• Become an integral part of our Salesforce team within a rapidly growing tech organisation

• Take ownership of the maintenance and further development of our two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core systems

• Improve and refactor the existing Salesforce codebase while building new features from scratch

• Work on Sales Cloud implementations and continuously optimise sales-related processes

• Design and implement integrations with backend systems and third-party services, including event-driven architectures

• Actively contribute to the evolution of our internal processes and structures, and implement them within Salesforce

• Support Salesforce administration tasks where needed (profiles, permissions, flows, configurations)

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud

• Solid understanding of integrations with backend systems and distributed architectures

• Experience working with event-driven systems

• Confident with Apex, SOQL, and relational databases (SQL)

• Comfortable working with Flows, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; TypeScript experience is a plus

• Willing and able to handle both development and admin-related Salesforce tasks

• Salesforce certifications are a plus

• Fluent in English; good German skills are a plus
