A fast-growing automotive start-up in Berlin is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves leading customizations, managing user access, and driving adoption through effective training. Your RoleAs a Salesforce Administrator at CarOnSale, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, turning complex requirements into smart, reliable, and scalable solutions. From day one, you'll have a direct impact on how we build efficient workflows, automate critical processes, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
️ Your ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of customizations, applications, and integrations within Salesforce
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and data security
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor platform usage and drive adoption through training, documentation, and support
Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and proactively propose system improvements
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model: profiles, roles, field-level security, and sharing rules
Previous experience with Field Service Lightning and Digital Customer Experience is a strong plus
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills in both English and German
