JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automotive focused technical background of min 5 years in mechanical & mechatronic systems (PE / PM)
• Min 3 years of experience in requirements ENG requirement releases and validation in automotive environment
• Experience in OEM base requirements & systems is mandatory
• PE certification beneficial (e.g. CPRE or equivalents)

Description

• Introduction of requirement management-based tool / Software
• Introduction & maintenance of requirements database.
• Strong team-alignment & communication skills closing loop with all relevant functions & stakeholders: cascading down & maintain customer requirements, processing them through requirements management software, assign working packages and follow-up on stakeholder deliverables.

Soft skills

• Structured & process-based work approach, goal oriented, analytical mind set

Preferred language skills

• English & German
• Chinese would be an added advantage.
