Zusammenfassung

A leading banking institution in Rheinland-Pfalz is seeking a (Senior) Relationship Manager for the Baltic market to develop and execute business strategies, grow client relationships, and enhance the bank's reputation in Private Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, excellent networking skills, and fluency in English along with a Baltic language. You will be empowered to drive innovation while meeting client expectations in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Seasoned professional with experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Strong in client acquisition and business development in an international context.
  • Excellent client service delivery with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in tax matters and legal structures is a plus.
  • Very good understanding of financial markets.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language essential.

Your Challenge
  • Develop and execute the business strategy to grow and diversify the bank's client base to sustainably strengthen our revenue base
  • A well-developed network of professional and personal long‑term contacts and your passion in acquisition enable you to introduce new clients to the Group; your strength is networking with clients as well as establishing and expanding new contacts
  • Representation of a sales and performance culture, using technology to multiply the number of contact points with our clients
  • Local visits of clients
  • Cooperation in effective marketing activities and client events
Your Profile
  • Seasoned and mature professional with vast work experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management and the ambition to enhance your career
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and business development, particularly in an international environment
  • You have a client‑oriented mindset and strive to deliver excellent client service on the highest professional level
  • Experience in tax matters and background in legal and insurance structures is a plus
  • A very good understanding of financial markets and client expectations are essential for succeeding in this role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact successfully with clients and colleagues
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office applications and open-minded for new media and systems
  • Fluent in English and at least one Baltic language is essential; German, Russian and other languages are considered as advantage
