Overview

In this role, you manage and control our leading projects over the entire life-cycle and actively manage the high complexity of the future Infineon UWB microcontroller portfolio. This position is part of Infineon’s Project Management Career Path. Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex development projects for our UWB microcontroller portfolio
• Be responsible for the project planning, execution and controlling over the project lifecycle
• Lead an interdisciplinary and cross-site project team in a global organization with different locations and cultural backgrounds
• Drive a pro-active risk management, identify possible mitigation options and define appropriate planning scenarios
• Handle the project in a fast and market driven environment with a clear focus on key objectives

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Physics, electrical engineering or similar
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry, ideally on microcontroller development
• At least 8 years professional experience as Project Manager, plus a relevant project management certification
• Proven ability to lead highly complex projects with various subprojects
• Exceptional leadership and coordination skills to steer cross functional and cross organizational teams as well as external partners
• Very self-driven with a high degree of communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English is a must, German is a plus

Compensation and Workplace Information

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group K. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
