Your mission
  • You plan execute and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms like Google Ads IronSource Unity Facebook Liftoff and more
  • You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • You track performance adapt strategies and make decisions based on data and campaign performance
  • You drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
  • You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
  • You foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
  • You collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition
  • You are proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices
Your profile
  • You own an university degree in marketing analytics business or a similar qualification
  • You have 3-4 years of relevant experiences in performance marketing
  • Experiences of working in the mobile gaming industry are very welcome
  • You are experienced with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store optimization (ASO)
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are dedicated flexible and are excellent in communication
  • Fluent English is mandatory knowledge of German is welcome
  • High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games
  • You are proficient in Google Ads and have a strong understanding of meta
