As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving our global growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with our commercial partner and leading food retailers worldwide. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the relationship with our global commercial partner, identifying new opportunities for joint growth, and supporting our international expansion.

A Taste of What to Expect
  • Lead and manage the business relationship with our global commercial partner and selected strategic end customers.
  • Drive our global expansion in collaboration with our partner and major food retailers in markets such as the UK, US, Japan, and beyond.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retail players in existing and new markets.
  • Work closely 1:1 with the sales teams of our commercial partner across multiple countries to identify synergies and execute growth strategies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities to scale the partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Sales & Partnerships and the CEO to shape and execute partnership and expansion strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a highly dynamic and international environment.

There is the potential to move up to lead a small team and/or develop certain geographies in a lead position.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate both startups and global corporates effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and established networks or experience working with major food retailers.
  • Entrepreneurial experience in entering and building new markets from scratch.
  • Experience in a high‑growth company is a strong advantage.
  • A hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset — capable of defining strategy but also executing operationally.
  • Strong empathy and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to foster long‑term, trust‑based partnerships.
  • High willingness to travel internationally and engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus, but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too.
