• You will improve information security across all business units
• You will enhance the ISMS and support maturity assessments
• You will own GRC tasks, including creating & maintaining policies
• You will manage compliance topics (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, KRITIS, ISO27017, TISAX)
• You will collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers and technical leads
• You will oversee supplier / product evaluations and support audits
• You will contribute to data compliance and incident management

Required Skills

• You have C1+ German and C1+ English language skills
• You have 3+ years’ experience in information security and ISMS
• You have a broad technical understanding and knowledge of software development processes / risks
• You have knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, KRITIS, ISO27017 / 19, TISAX etc.
• You have cloud security knowledge (especially GCP)
• You are an independent worker

Desired Skills

• You have knowledge of GDPR
• You hold relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO27001 LA, CIPM, etc.)
• You have experience with Terraform or other infrastructure tools
• You have people management experience
