As a (Senior) Manager in our FAAS team, you will support leading national and international clients with:

• CFO‑level projects and accounting transformations
• Carve‑outs, IPO readiness, and M&A‑related financial reporting
• Complex IFRS / HGB / US‑GAAP accounting questions
• Financial process optimisation, controlling and consolidation topics
• Managing stakeholder expectations and leading project teams in a consulting environment

️ Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with approx. 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally coming from:

🔹 Big 4 or Tier‑2 Advisory

FAAS, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Accounting, Deal Advisory, CMAAS.

🔹 Industry roles

Group Accounting, Financial Controlling, Finance Transformation, or M&A accounting in DAX / MDAX companies.

Technical Strengths

• Strong IFRS / HGB knowledge (US‑GAAP a plus)
• Experience in transaction accounting or financial reporting advisory
• Progress towards, or interest in, CFA / ACCA / WP
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1+)
• Consulting mindset and ability to manage clients effectively
