This role requires deep experience in sales optimization and pricing within the plastics or engineered materials sectors. You will lead efforts to enhance sales performance, analyze profitability, and redesign commercial processes. The ideal candidate has over 6 years in Sales Transformation, is fluent in German and English, and is willing to travel up to 4 days per week across the EU.
