Qualifikationen

• Excellent command of English, French, and German is required.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in an international environment.
• Ideally, recruitment agency, executive search, or RPO vendor background.
• Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Effective candidate channels and sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of the technology industry is a must.
• Ability to effectively manage demanding workload and competing priorities.
