Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Recruiter to mentor a global team of recruiters and personally drive senior and executive searches across Global Operations. You will partner with senior leaders, own headcount metrics, and deliver data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies.

You will champion inclusive pipelines, design scalable processes, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience across geographies, reporting into the Global Operations recruiting function.

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters (2+ years).
• Experience recruiting for global operations or non-technical roles at a technology company.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across global operations functions
• Personally lead end-to-end searches for senior and/or executive-level Global Operations roles from intake through offer and close
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior Global Operations business leaders
• Own team goals, metrics, and reporting, sharing data-driven insights with stakeholders and leadership
• Represent the team in recurring global forums with funnel-health and hiring-progress updates
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Employee Experience, and Global Operations teams to align headcount priorities
• Drive operational rigor across intake, sourcing strategy, pipeline management, offer execution, and closing
• Identify and resolve pipeline escalations with business leaders and cross-functional teams
• Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Legal on complex offer structures and equitable, compliant hiring
• Develop scalable processes and frameworks to improve efficiency, data integrity, and recruiter capacity planning
• Champion an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
• Build, interpret, and present recruiting dashboards and pipeline analytics
• Establish subject-matter expertise and a trusted voice in operations recruiting
• Contribute to recruiting process design, tooling decisions, and recruiter development programs
• Represent the recruiting team in executive-level conversations, capacity planning, headcount reviews, and quarterly business updates

Requirements

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated track record personally leading senior-level searches
• At least 2 years managing and developing a team of recruiters
• Deep functional expertise in at least one Global Operations sub-function highly preferred (e.g., Customer Support, Trust & Safety)
• Experience recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles at a technology company
• Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and act as a strategic partner
• Experience conducting market research, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline-building for senior-level roles
• Strong data orientation and ability to interpret pipeline metrics, forecast capacity needs, and translate insights into action
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder hiring environments across multiple geographies and business units
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Proficiency with enterprise recruiting and HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or comparable systems
• Track record of building inclusive pipelines and championing diversity throughout the hiring process
• Ability to carry a personal search load alongside people leadership
• Must be based in California or the PST time zone
