Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Bochum is seeking a motivated intern to support the full recruitment process, from client briefings to filling positions. You will identify target audiences, perform direct outreach, conduct telephone interviews, and review applications, gaining insight into recruiting and headhunting.

Required are native German language skills, strong communication, and teamwork, plus independence and quick learning. You will work with MS Office and contribute to research projects.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in business or social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR, marketing, sales, and/or business organization.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
