This position is to be filled at our Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg i. Breisgau location.
- Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting and working with the external payroll provider.
- You are the contact person for employees and line managers for questions relating to payroll services.
- Preparation of certificates and monthly KPI reporting are part of your tasks.
- Exchange with payroll providers, health insurance companies, authorities and offices.
- Supporting activities during audits of field offices.
- Taking on interface tasks in the area of payroll services.
- Collaboration in day-to-day operations and payroll projects.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training and have several years of practical experience in payroll accounting.
- Knowledge of social security law, wage tax law, certification and an understanding of employment contracts.
- You also have experience in supporting employees and their concerns.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products.
- The enjoy working with and in a team structure your work efficiently and possesstalent for organization.
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
