This position is to be filled at our Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg i. Breisgau location.

  • Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting and working with the external payroll provider.
  • You are the contact person for employees and line managers for questions relating to payroll services.
  • Preparation of certificates and monthly KPI reporting are part of your tasks.
  • Exchange with payroll providers, health insurance companies, authorities and offices.
  • Supporting activities during audits of field offices.
  • Taking on interface tasks in the area of payroll services.
  • Collaboration in day-to-day operations and payroll projects.
Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training and have several years of practical experience in payroll accounting.
  • Knowledge of social security law, wage tax law, certification and an understanding of employment contracts.
  • You also have experience in supporting employees and their concerns.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products.
  • The enjoy working with and in a team structure your work efficiently and possesstalent for organization.
  • You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
