A leading tools and outdoor company in Idstein is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner strategically with leadership on HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be fully CIPD qualified, fluent in German, and possess a broad HR Generalist background, along with strong knowledge of labour law. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner strategically with the leadership team across four key office locations (Idstein, Saarbrücken, Germany, Austria, & Switzerland) to achieve our goals through innovative HR strategies. Your role will include:
