Key Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner strategically with the leadership team across four key office locations (Idstein, Saarbrücken, Germany, Austria, & Switzerland) to achieve our goals through innovative HR strategies. Your role will include:

  • Providing HR advisory and coaching to managers and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Driving and executing HR initiatives that support business objectives and empower teams.
  • Leading the design and reshaping of local HR processes to align with organizational needs.
  • Managing change and adapting to dynamic business landscapes for yourself, your team, and the organization.
Key Qualifications
  • Fully CIPD qualified.
  • Languages: fluent German and upper‑intermediate English.
  • Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist remit.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and modern HR practices.
  • Experience working with local works councils.
  • Strategic thinking combined with efficient operational execution.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
