Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Growth/Product/Analytics professional to track conversion metrics, identify monetization opportunities, and lead experimentation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlogs, analyze data, and drive decisions that improve funnel performance and long-term growth.

• Experience with digital products or marketplaces – preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of growth and monetization metrics – preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with analytics tools – preferred, but not required
• Experience working in cross-functional squads – preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of UX and user behavior – preferred, but not required
• Experience in data- and performance-driven environments – preferred, but not required
