Requirements

• AI-native; Claude or an equivalent is a daily sparring partner
• Marketer first, with expertise in funnel, messaging, positioning, offers, and driving measurable results
• Experience building and launching something independently, or running a function as if it were an own company
• Experience running experiments without being handed hypotheses
• Ability to explain a real experiment, including expectations, results, and changes made
• Visual and copy judgment; ability to lay out intentional pages and write headlines
• Ideally experience with HubSpot, BigQuery, and Chargebee/Stripe
• Senior individual contributor; no people-management requirement
• German at C1 or above required
• English at B2 or above required
• CV plus something built and something tested required for application
