Please note: You can work from our office in Berlin or completely remotely within Germany. The possible working hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (f/d/m) to join our "Touchpoints" team. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and evolving our frontend as well as backend services, integrating new features, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑quality solutions.

Your profile

• Strong Proficiency in the ecosystem of PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS (or similar JS/TS frameworks)
• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud design principles
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event‑driven microservices (designing, reasoning and troubleshooting)
• Striving for simplicity and when it’s not possible, keeping an eye on the devil in the details
• Experience translating high‑level requirements into technical specifications
• Fluency in unit and functional testing as well as code reviews, git workflows and continuous delivery practices
• Fluent written and verbal English (at least C1)
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams

Your mission

As Senior Full-Stack Engineer (f/d/m) you…

• Own and enhance frontend and backend services to ensure stability and scalability
• Ship code in an efficient manner by following common best coding practices like SOLID, KISS, TDD and/or BDD
• Maintain and improve frontend services to make sure our current infrastructure is functioning reliably with no disruptions
• Provide technical research, estimates, and translate business needs into technical tasks to support product prioritization and delivery
• Equip dependent teams with necessary knowledge and mentor junior team members on frontend topics
• Incorporate secure design principles into routine engineering
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation
• Maintain and improve deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and incident response workflows to support high availability and performance in production environments
