As a (Senior) FP&A Manager (all genders) you ensure reliable financial planning, transparent performance analysis, and solid decision‑making support. You translate data into clear, action‑oriented recommendations, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop a consistent KPI framework across all business functions. Through your work, you enable better decision‑making for both management and investors and act as a key connector between operational execution and financial strategy.
You report directly to our Head of Finance, collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, HR, and Strategy, and play an active role in shaping the future of our Finance organization.
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for the entire company, including the creation of financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases
Analyzing financial and operational performance and deriving clear, prioritized recommendations for management and stakeholders
Building and evolving a unified KPI framework, as well as developing reports, dashboards, and regular business reviews
Acting as Finance Business Partner for key functions such as Sales, Project Management, Operations, and People, including resource and cost management
Supporting investor reporting and Board materials, as well as conducting ad‑hoc analyses for the leadership team
Supporting the Accounting team during month‑end close reviews to ensure consistent numbers and clean variance analysis
Excellent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a top university
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Finance, ideally in a start‑up/scale‑up or dynamic corporate environment
Proven responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, including deriving actionable insights
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial interdependencies
Experience in management and KPI reporting as well as providing decision support for C‑level executives
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/analytics tools
Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong ownership and a hands‑on mindset
Clear, empathetic, and audience‑focused communication skills — especially when collaborating with cross‑functional teams and decision‑makers
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
