We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven senior enterprise client manager to drive growth and revenue across global and local enterprise accounts. This is a strategic sales role where you will be responsible for managing high‑value enterprise relationships, shaping Wolt’s global enterprise advertising approach, and ensuring the successful execution of data‑driven ad strategies at scale.

As a senior enterprise client manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and growth driver for global and regional enterprise clients, developing tailored advertising solutions that align with their business objectives across different countries and regions. This role requires deep collaboration with regional teams, product teams, and marketing to optimize ad performance, expand ad adoption, and influence Wolt’s enterprise ad strategy globally.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of multinational enterprise clients, ensuring they fully leverage Wolt Ads to maximize sales and visibility
  • Develop and execute advertising growth strategies at both global and regional levels, working closely with enterprise clients to meet their evolving needs
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement local ad strategies, ensuring global clients receive market‑specific solutions that drive performance
  • Partner with Wolt’s product and marketing teams to refine ad formats, targeting options, and campaign strategies based on enterprise needs and market feedback
  • Lead strategic account planning, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and QBRs, ensuring seamless execution of ad campaigns and long‑term retention
  • Analyze performance data and market insights to optimize enterprise ad spend, improve campaign effectiveness, and scale adoption
  • Advise C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers on Wolt Ads best practices, helping them allocate ad budgets efficiently across multiple markets
  • Stay ahead of global and regional industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and digital advertising innovations, positioning Wolt Ads as a leading solution for enterprise merchants
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams on market needs, client challenges, and opportunities to enhance the enterprise ad product offering
What You Bring
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights, and implement data‑driven campaign optimisations
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills for engaging with global enterprise stakeholders
  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in a high‑growth, data‑driven environment, with a focus on enterprise, retail, QSR, or eCommerce advertising across multiple markets
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets, manage complex negotiations, and scale advertising budgets across enterprise accounts in different countries
  • Deep understanding of global digital advertising, performance marketing, and marketplace monetization strategies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM platforms, with a data‑driven approach to sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience in strategic selling and consultative sales methodologies, with the ability to develop tailored advertising solutions that drive business impact across different regions
  • Strong ability to work cross‑functionally, ensuring global clients receive both strategic guidance and local execution support
