• You lead, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers and Senior Engineers, building high-performing teams with a strong culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• You define and drive the technical direction and engineering strategy for our shared platforms and internal services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term architectural health.
• You remain technically hands‑on where it matters — guiding architectural decisions, reviewing designs and code, and ensuring engineering best practices across teams.
• You collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering leadership to align priorities, drive platform innovation, and support fast and efficient product delivery.
• You establish strong engineering processes and standards, ensuring consistency in SDLC, operational readiness, and developer experience across all platform teams.
