Role: We seek a Team Head of Real-World Data (RWD) Methodologies and Solutions to lead a team driving RWD strategy, partnerships, methodologies, and analytics. Reporting to the Global Head of Patient Focused Real World Evidence, this role shapes RWD use across therapeutic areas to enhance decision-making and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute RWD strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage external partnerships for RWD acquisition and integration.
• Establish best practices for actionable insights and evidence generation.
• Drive innovative tools for streamlined evidence generation.
• Lead training programs to enhance RWD capabilities.
• Collaborate with PRWE, CMS, and R&D for integrated RWD support.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team.
• Represent the organization at industry events.
• Enhance RWD applications for hybrid and innovative studies.
• Develop methodologies and frameworks for RWE synthesis to support regulatory and payer requirements.
• Lead efforts to improve data interoperability and integration across diverse RWD sources.

Who you are

• PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 12+ years of experience in RWD partnerships, methodologies, RWE generation, and advanced analytics and systems in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in statistical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and working with diverse RWD sources, including EHRs, claims data, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, payer and HTA bodies requirements and industry standards for RWD and RWE.
• Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
