Your Role

As Senior Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager - Testing (f/m/d) you will be taking over a key role in E.ON's digital transformation programs with responsibility for planning, steering and monitoring of all test activities to empower us on our way towards a digital‑first energy company.

• Manage projects end‑to‑end, including governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget.
• Define and implement test management strategies and governance for efficient workflows, decision‑making, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and coordinate the testing team, including external partners, using established frameworks and processes.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all testing activities and align with teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and audit conformity standards within the program.
• Assess testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Drive test automation through suitable tools and contribute to continuous improvement of E.ON’s testing frameworks and strategies.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Several years of experience in digital technology projects, covering test and project management.
• Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in cross‑functional teams and managing external partners.
• Advanced knowledge of test management methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager, Spira).
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions.
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
