A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer to optimize HealthCast solutions. This remote role requires managing system integrations, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with teams. Candidates should have over 10 years of IT experience in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering, and fluency in both German and English. This position offers competitive salary and flexible benefits, with travel required up to 50% of the time.
HealthCast™ remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights. As a Lead Integration Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert in charge of leading the deployment and integration of HealthCast Solutions. In this role, you will manage the implementation of system integrations, working with customers and third-party resources to optimize clinical workflows.
This role will cover DACH and is a remote role, but travel may be required up to 50% per month. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
Lead technical discussions with customers, managing integration requirements and overcoming technical challenges. Provide product demonstrations to clients to drive project progress
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to resolve complex issues. Manage multiple interface projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Lead configuration efforts across our product portfolio, including third-party medical device connectivity and specialized application installations. Communicate technical requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain installation documentation and develop test plans for client use.
Support presales activities by educating hospital IT teams on our product suite and managing implementation expectations
Act as a backup for remote software deployments and upgrades when needed
Explore and develop new revenue streams for HealthCast Solutions
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in healthcare and deploying digital solutions
Practical experience with HL7 hospital interfaces
Healthcare IT experience, either as a vendor or hospital employee
API experience and HL7 Technical Certifications
Fluent of written and spoken German and English
It would be beneficial for candidates to have experience with networking technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Additionally, a background in Windows system administration and a solid understanding of security protocols, including encryption methods, would be advantageous.
