What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to deliver reporting and analytics that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and document robust data models and pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering etc.) to deliver actionable insights, KPIs and dashboards.
• Connecting business needs and data led opportunities.
• Lead exploratory data analysis and deep dives to support strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way.
• Contribute to moving data culture forward, both stakeholder facing and team internally.

You will be great for this position if you have

• 4+ years of working experience in a Data Analytics or BI in a modern environment (ideally SaaS or eCommerce experience)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, solid experience with Python / R
• Experience in data modelling and BI-Tool experience, ideally PowerBi and understanding of underlying data architecture
• Experience adapting to different tech stacks and overcoming technical debt
• Collaborative approach to solving problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate C-Level and Stakeholder requests into addressable approaches
• Disgust for siloed data environments
• Strong understanding of process optimization and adherence to workflows and documentation
