Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung.
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2).
• Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Leitung von Designsitzungen mit dem Kunden zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen.
• Implementierung und Konfiguration von SuccessFactors-Modulen.
• Bereitstellung von Support nach dem Go-Live und Schulung der Benutzer.

SAP consulting is firmly anchored in MHP’s DNA - we create space for modern digitalization solutions and continuously develop our SAP portfolio. As a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f / m / d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

The following tasks await you :

• Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices
• Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
• Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system / process documentation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation

AnforderungenAnforderungen

To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f / m / d), you bring the following qualifications :

• A completed degree or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and familiar with the best practice solution and methodology, to approach the design session with the expected level of quality.
• Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and / or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
• A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.
